3. Overnight Shipping: For those who need their T-shirts urgently, we offer an overnight shipping option. Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are delivered the next business day.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours to ensure prompt delivery. Additionally, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time. A: At The Moonchild Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your T-shirt, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at themoonchildcompany@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.

2. Ensure the T-shirt is in its original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.

3. Package the T-shirt securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number inside the package.

4. Ship the package : we will forward you a return label to print from home.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned T-shirt, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For an exchange, please indicate the desired size or style in your return package or discuss it with our customer service team when obtaining your RMA number.
